Meet Our Senior Leadership Team

Stuart Hughes 

Having achieved an MSc in Medical Statistics Stuart began a career as a Statistical SAS Programmer with a consulting company.  After a year of employment he moved to the world of contracting where he provided SAS programming services to PPD, GSK, UCB and over 20 years with AstraZeneca.   Whilst working with AstraZeneca ePharmIT was born and quickly grew to become a preferred supplier…  The journey continues.  Stuart is based in Cheshire, England. 

Heather Hughes

Having completed a MSc in Medical Statistics and starting a career as a Statistician, Heather went on to provide consultancy services as a Statistical SAS Programmer at Parexel, Hoechst Marion Roussel, and GlaxoSmihKline.  Heather then went on to provide Statistical SAS programming services for AstraZeneca from 2001 to 2011. Concurrently to working with AstraZeneca, she went into business with Stuart and ePharmIT Ltd was formed in 2009.  Heather is based in Cheshire, England.  

Dan Rhodes

Dan has over 20 years’ recruiting experience, working with both start-up organisations and major global brands on contract hiring, permanent recruitment, and Executive Search. Dan has been a key stakeholder from the formation of ePharmIT and has supported the strategic growth since inception. He has gained experience recruiting across Northern America, EMEA, and APAC. Dan is based in Berkshire, England.

Lindsay McLean

Lindsay started her career at Quintiles (now IQVIA) in 1995, and has since worked at various CROs including PPD (now TFS) and INC Research (now Syneos) before becoming a consultant programmer at AstraZeneca in 2010.  She brings in depth experience in both contract and permanent roles and is highly skilled in identifying candidates with the right technical and therapeutic expertise.  Lindsay is based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
